Following the discovery by a Korean acupuncturist that the whole body can be related to parts of the hand, he developed this specialised form of non-acupuncture therapy. It is effective in relieving stress, reducing muscle stiffness, increasing flexibility, reducing symptoms of RSI and helps to balance the body's energy systems.
It is a wonderfully relaxing and nurturing therapy and creams or oils are used for the hands and forearms while the client remains fully clothed sitting in a chair or semi-reclined on a massage couch.
